These recommendations are presented on the GeekHunter platform and help optimize the recruitment process by quickly identifying candidates that match your needs, saving time and improving the quality of hires.
Found the profile you were looking for and want to send an invitation to the selection process?
You can send invitations in two ways:
Via recommendations in the job's Geekflow: Click the "Send invitation" button on the candidate's card.
Via the candidate's profile: Fill in the data in the invitation box located on the right side of the candidate's profile and click "Send Invitation."
Access your dashboard within the platform to check if the invitation is in the "Pending Invitations" section and await the candidate's response.
Once accepted, the invitation will be moved to the next column of your Geekflow, and the candidate will officially be in your selection process!
