Key Responsibilities
Execute and technically supervise structured cabling activities (UTP/FTP) and fiber optics (pulling, splicing, and termination)
Work with racks, ODFs, and patch panels, ensuring organization and compliance
Perform network point certification
Monitor and validate installations performed by third parties
Technically coordinate containment and incident restoration actions
Work on IP telephony infrastructure, data and voice systems, CCTV, and access control
Support operational testing and maintenance windows
Update technical documentation, diagrams, and intervention records
Ensure compliance with client standards, information security, and use of PPE
Provide technical support to the team and guide field activities
Prepare technical records and reports
Requirements and Skills
UTP, FTP, and fiber optic cabling
Fiber splicing and termination
Networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, Wireless)
Network certification using Fluke equipment (Copper, Fiber, and OTDR)
Organization of racks, ODFs, and patch panels
Structured cabling infrastructure (Furukawa, Commscope, Panduit, Siemon)
Reading and interpreting structured cabling blueprints
Physical infrastructure: cable trays, conduits, raceways, and ladder racks
Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and automation
Experience with imVision (Commscope) is a plus
Work Model and Location
This is an on-site position, involving field work and operations at company facilities in São Paulo, SP.
