Telecommunications Technician - Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Talent Pool

About the role

Nava is looking for professionals to work as Telecommunications Technicians (Junior, Mid-level, and Senior levels) on a project in Fortaleza/CE, focused on physical network and telecommunications infrastructure. Employment is under CLT, with benefits.

Main activities:

• Perform UTP/FTP structured cabling and fiber optic cabling, including cable pulling, fusion, and termination;
• Organize racks, DIOs, and patch panels;
• Perform network point certification;
• Monitor physical installations and validate technical solutions;
• Support operational tests, maintenance windows, and critical incident response;
• Prepare technical reports and report risks and impacts to management;
• Comply with client standards and procedures, following safety policies and correctly using PPE and tools.

Technical requirements:

• Knowledge of physical infrastructure for copper and fiber optic networks;
• Experience with structured cabling and network point certification;
• Knowledge of Fluke equipment for copper and fiber optic certification, including OTDR;
• Knowledge of racks, DIOs, and patch panels;
• A valid Class B driver's license is required for the Senior level.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with Furukawa, CommScope, Panduit, or Siemon solutions;
• Knowledge of IP telephony, CCTV, and access control.

Opportunity details:

On-site work in Fortaleza/CE. Preliminary shifts: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The role covers Junior, Mid-level, and Senior levels.
