💼 About the opportunity

We are looking for a .NET Tech Lead to work on strategic projects in the banking sector, providing technical leadership to multidisciplinary squads and supporting the evolution of high-criticality, scalable, and highly available solutions.

This professional will be responsible for driving technical decisions, ensuring delivery quality, supporting team development, and acting as a reference in architecture, best practices, and innovation, always aligned with business needs.

🔎 Key responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to the development team, promoting best practices and technical excellence;

Define scalable architectures and solutions for critical applications;

Support the elaboration and refinement of technical and functional requirements;

Define development standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality;

Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and other involved areas;

Monitor the full development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliveries;

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and application architecture;

Mentor developers and support the team's technical growth.

🛠 Technical requirements

Solid experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+;

Experience in technical leadership of squads or development teams;

Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems;

Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs;

Mastery of principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns;

Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus);

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases;

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps;

Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
