Your Challenges:

We are looking for a Data Support Tech Lead to ensure the stability, support, and continuous evolution of the corporate data platform, providing technical leadership to a specialized team and ensuring availability, performance, reliability, and governance of data pipelines, services, and products in a cloud environment.

The role requires strong technical expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Microsoft Azure, along with experience in critical environments, incident management, and technical leadership.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Solid experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark and/or Scala), and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Storage (ADLS Gen2), Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
• Experience with CI/CD for data environments.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and Python.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Data Lake and Lakehouse environments.
• Experience with version control and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in technical leadership or managing support, engineering, or data operations teams.
• Experience managing incidents, problems, and changes.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in critical environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure and Databricks certifications.
• Experience with Delta Lake and Unity Catalog.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Data Observability.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
• Experience in financial institutions, insurance companies, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with Agile management and Jira backlog tools.
