We are looking for an SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) professional with experience in observability and cloud to work in hybrid and high-criticality environments.
Responsibilities
- Apply SRE and DevOps practices to ensure the reliability and availability of environments.
- Manage infrastructure on AWS, including services.
- Monitor hybrid environments on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Operate Dynatrace: OneAgent, dashboard creation, alert configuration, and PurePath analysis.
- Run load tests with JMeter.
- Perform integrations with ServiceNow/Jira and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop APIs and automations using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SRE, observability, and cloud.
- Experience with AWS: S3, EC2, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Solid knowledge of Linux.
- Experience with JMeter and load testing.
- Experience with Dynatrace: OneAgent, dashboards, alerts, and PurePath analysis.
- Monitoring of hybrid environments: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Integration with ServiceNow/Jira and CI/CD pipelines.
- Development of APIs and automations using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Experience with DevOps and SRE practices.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Dynatrace certification.
Work model and location
Hybrid work model, 2 days per week in São Paulo/SP.
