About the role

NAVA is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices, promoting collaboration among teams, continuous improvement, and governance of development processes.

In this position, you will be challenged to support high team performance, facilitate the resolution of impediments, and ensure adherence to the operational model defined by the client, contributing to more efficient, predictable, and business-aligned deliveries.

Key responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating agile ceremonies, such as Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective, promoting alignment and collaboration among the people involved.
• Leading scaled planning and tracking rituals, such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums (SoS), PO Sync, and System Demo.
• Monitoring operational indicators and agile metrics, tracking delivery progress, team capacity, and improvement opportunities.
• Identifying and working to remove impediments, supporting problem resolution and dependency management across teams.
• Promoting continuous process improvement, encouraging practices that contribute to productivity, quality, and delivery predictability.
• Monitoring the application of the operational model defined by the client, supporting the adoption of established practices and standards.

Requirements

For this opportunity, it is important that you have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role
• Scrum Master certification, such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and scaled agile rituals, such as PI Planning, SoS, PO Sync, and System Demo.
• Knowledge of backlog management, team capacity, dependencies, and impediments.
• Experience with agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.

Preferred qualifications

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience implementing and evolving agile governance models in corporate environments.
• Experience working with multiple teams and initiatives that require integration across different areas.
• Experience tracking performance indicators and using metrics to guide process improvements.

Work arrangement

Model: Hybrid (initially).

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
