Your Challenges:

Work in partnership with business areas to understand requirements, processes, and user journeys, ensuring delivery quality and traceability between business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with business areas to understand requirements, processes, and user journeys.
• Develop strategies, plans, scripts, and scenarios for functional and non-functional testing.
• Execute manual tests on applications, integrations, and solutions based on Generative AI.
• Validate conversational flows on digital channels, especially WhatsApp.
• Evaluate the quality of responses generated by AI models, identifying inconsistencies, hallucinations, context deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create test data and validation scenarios for different user journeys.
• Document evidence, test results, defects, and recommendations.
• Perform regression, user acceptance, and validation testing for new features.
• Monitor fixes alongside development and product teams.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to risk analysis and delivery quality.
• Support the definition of quality metrics and indicators for products.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Software Testing, or related fields.
• Knowledge of gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Experience in creating and executing test cases and scenarios.
• Ability to document evidence and report defects in a structured manner.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
• Experience interacting with multidisciplinary teams, including business and technology areas.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and integration testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Knowledge of test automation.
• Experience with Generative AI projects (ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, or similar).

Differentials:

• Knowledge in prompt evaluation and validation of language model responses.
• Experience testing chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business communication platforms.
• Experience with test and defect management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).

Behavioral Competencies:

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
