Your Challenges:

We are looking for a professional who is an expert in automated testing!

We seek someone with strong hands-on experience in test automation, possessing technical mastery and a passion for building, evolving, and maintaining automation solutions.

The professional will play a key role in defining test strategies, evolving automation frameworks, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, and E2E test strategies;
• Develop, maintain, and evolve test automation frameworks;
• Work hands-on in creating and maintaining automated tests;
• Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage and efficiency;
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria with the Product team;
• Define quality metrics and monitor test coverage;
• Support and mentor QA professionals at various levels;
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).

Mandatory Requirements:

• Solid experience with test automation;
• Hands-on profile and strong technical mastery in automated testing;
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium;
• Knowledge of JUnit, TestNG, Postman, JMeter, and SonarQube;
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript;
• Experience with BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin), TDD, and Shift-Left Testing;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI;
• Strong analytical skills and technical communication.
