Mid-Level QA Analyst – Test Automation | Open Finance

We are looking for a Mid-Level QA Analyst with experience in functional test automation to work on projects related to Open Finance, ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of APIs and regulatory solutions.

The professional will work closely with development and product teams, contributing from the definition of the test strategy to the validation of deliverables and analysis of potential failures.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and maintain functional test automation suites for APIs;
• Cover scenarios related to Open Finance, including consent, registration data, transactional data, and payments;
• Validate features related to Automatic Pix, V5, and other regulatory journeys;
• Execute automated tests and analyze results;
• Investigate failures, identify potential root causes, and perform defect reporting and documentation;
• Work alongside developers and other team members to analyze and resolve issues;
• Participate in technical refinements, contributing to the test strategy from the solution design phase;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes, standards, and practices;
• Work in agile environments, participating in key ceremonies and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

🛠️ Requirements

• Solid experience as a QA/Test Analyst, with a focus on functional automation;
• Experience with API test automation;
• Knowledge of tools such as Postman/Newman, Karate, RestAssured, or similar;
• Knowledge of functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing;
• Experience with agile methodologies;
• Knowledge of quality best practices and test strategies;
• Knowledge of BDD and/or TDD;
• Strong analytical skills for investigating failures and identifying root causes;
• Proactive, collaborative, and communicative profile, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Newman for automating Postman Collections;
• Experience with Karate for API test automation and BDD;
• Experience with Appium for mobile test automation;
• Knowledge of Open Finance;
• Experience with the Central Bank (Bacen) regulatory ecosystem;
• Experience in projects within the financial sector.
