Tasks and Responsibilities
Show originalProduct Manager with experience in payment methods and Digital Wallets to lead an Apple Pay enablement program, from the development and integration phase through certification, Go-Live, and post-production.
The professional will act as the program's focal point, coordinating dependencies between the issuer, processor, Mastercard, and token service provider, with a strong focus on product management, stakeholders, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and enablement roadmap for Apple Pay.
Structure and manage the backlog, priorities, milestones, and dependencies.
Coordinate efforts between the issuer, processor, card scheme, and token service provider.
Monitor development, integrations, and necessary configurations.
Support Wallet Enablement and tokenization processes.
Coordinate integrated testing, homologation, and certification.
Identify risks, impediments, and critical program decisions.
Lead Go-Live Readiness and the production entry plan.
Monitor Go-Live, War Room, and Hypercare periods.
Structure the stabilization and post-production evolution backlog.
Maintain executive communication regarding status, risks, and upcoming milestones.
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Program Manager in payment methods.
Knowledge of card issuance and processing flows.
Experience with Apple Pay or Digital Wallets.
Knowledge of tokenization and Network Tokens.
Knowledge of the Mastercard ecosystem and MDES.
Understanding of token provisioning flows and token lifecycle.
Experience interacting with card schemes and processors.
Experience in projects with multiple stakeholders and external dependencies.
Knowledge of homologation, certification, and Go-Live processes.
Desired Qualifications
In-App Provisioning and Wallet Provisioning.
BIN Enablement and Account Ranges.
Authorization of tokenized transactions.
3DS, Fraud & Risk, and authentication.
