Product Manager | Digital Wallets & Apple Pay

About the Opportunity

At NAVA, we connect technology, innovation, and business to transform the digital experience of millions of people. We are looking for a Product Manager specialized in Payment Methods and Digital Wallets to lead a strategic program implementing Apple Pay for a major client in the financial sector.

What You Will Do

• Lead the roadmap for Apple Pay implementation and enablement.
• Structure and manage the program's backlog, priorities, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate efforts between the issuer, processor, card network, and token service provider.
• Oversee development activities, integrations, and technical configurations.
• Support Wallet Enablement and tokenization processes.
• Coordinate integrated testing, homologations, and certifications.
• Manage risks, impediments, and critical program decisions.
• Lead Go-Live Readiness activities and production deployment.
• Oversee War Room, Hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
• Structure the evolutionary backlog post-Go-Live.
• Report status, risks, metrics, and milestones to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Program Manager in payment methods.
• Knowledge of card issuance and processing flows.
• Experience with Apple Pay or other Digital Wallets.
• Knowledge of tokenization and Network Tokens.
• Experience with the Mastercard ecosystem and MDES.
• Knowledge of token provisioning processes and token lifecycle.
• Experience interacting with card networks, processors, and payment market partners.
• Experience in complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Knowledge of homologation, certification, and Go-Live processes.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of Product, Technology, and Operations.

Differentiators

• Experience with In-App Provisioning and Wallet Provisioning.
• Knowledge of BIN Enablement and Account Ranges.
• Understanding of the authorization flow for tokenized transactions.
• Experience with 3DS, Fraud & Risk, and authentication.
• Knowledge of Clearing, Settlement, and Reconciliation.
• Familiarity with APIs, Webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Jira and product management tools.
