We are looking for a PMO to work on the structuring, organization, and governance of project management, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with business strategies and are carried out with efficiency, quality, and standardization.
Key Responsibilities
Structure and maintain project management processes, methodologies, and standards.
Monitor schedules, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and the status of initiatives.
Ensure project governance and compliance with established guidelines.
Consolidate managerial information and prepare executive reports.
Support managers and teams in prioritizing and tracking demands.
Monitor project execution, promoting visibility and alignment among involved areas.
Act as a facilitator in communication between stakeholders, teams, and leadership.
Requirements
Previous experience in PMO, Project Governance, or Portfolio Management.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional, agile, or hybrid).
Experience in developing KPIs, controls, and executive reports.
Knowledge in risk management, scheduling, and delivery tracking.
Proficiency in project management and tracking tools.
