About the role
NAVA is looking for a PMO Professional to work in integrated governance and the tracking of projects, programs, and portfolios, connecting business and technology areas.
In this role, you will have the challenge of ensuring visibility into the progress of initiatives, supporting decision-making through metrics, planning, risk management, and executive oversight. Your work will contribute to aligning deliverables with business objectives and to the continuous improvement of governance processes.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Tracking the execution of projects and initiatives, monitoring schedules, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Consolidating performance metrics and preparing executive reports for management oversight.
- Identifying and monitoring risks, pending items, and impediments, supporting the definition and tracking of action plans.
- Tracking requests and deliverables with business and technology areas, ensuring visibility into deadlines, owners, and activity progress.
- Supporting decision-making through metrics analysis, identification of deviations, and reporting of relevant information.
- Monitoring the compliance of initiatives with established governance processes, standards, and practices.
Requirements
For this opportunity, it is important that you have:
- Experience in governance and project, program, or portfolio management.
- Knowledge of planning and control of schedules, risks, budget, and dependencies.
- Experience preparing executive reports and management metrics.
- Experience tracking action plans, managing requests, and monitoring deliverables.
- Experience interacting with business and technology areas.
Preferred qualifications
It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience tracking multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience implementing or improving governance and project management processes.
- Knowledge of project management tools, metrics, and dashboard development.
Work model
Model: Hybrid (initially).
Schedule: From 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
