Senior Financial Controls Analyst (Hybrid SP)

We are looking for a Senior Financial Controls Analyst to work on the reconciliation and control of financial operations, transfer controls, management of granted credit portfolios, and data analysis, with proficiency in SQL and experience in credit card operations. This professional will ensure the integrity of financial information and develop dashboards and management kits to support decision-making.

This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical ability, a systemic vision, and the ability to act as a technical reference within the area.

Responsibilities and Activities

• Reconciliation of financial databases, ensuring alignment between internal systems, partners, and financial institutions.
• Control of financial transfers, including monitoring of cash flows, validation of amounts, and reporting of discrepancies.
• Management and control of granted credit portfolios, monitoring contracts, inflows, outflows, and settlements.
• Queries and analysis in databases using SQL, including extraction, validation, and cross-referencing of information.
• Reconciliation of credit card invoices, verifying compliance between postings, statements, and internal systems.
• Creation of dashboards and management kits (e.g., closing kits, audit kits, performance kits), using Power BI and advanced Excel tools.
• Preparation of analytical reports to support internal and external audits.
• Continuous improvement of processes, documentation, automations, and controls.

Technical Requirements

• SQL (queries, cross-referencing, analysis of large databases).
• Experience with financial reconciliation, especially in credit, banking, or payment methods.
• Knowledge of credit card financial operations.
• Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and management kits.
• Ability to handle multiple databases and systems simultaneously.
