About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Leader (Tech Lead) to lead strategic initiatives in software development, data engineering, and artificial intelligence.

This professional will be responsible for technically guiding multidisciplinary teams composed of Backend and Frontend developers, Data Engineers, and AI specialists, ensuring architectural evolution, delivery quality, and adoption of engineering best practices.

The Tech Lead will act as the team's technical reference, actively participating in architectural decisions, defining standards, code review, technological direction, and monitoring project execution, maintaining constant alignment with Product, Architecture, Data, and Business areas.

Key Responsibilities

Technically lead Software, Data, and AI Engineering teams.

Define and evolve architectures for applications, integrations, and data platforms.

Support the design of scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.

Ensure the adoption of development standards, quality, and technical governance.

Act as a technical reference for developers, promoting mentorship and team development.

Participate in technical planning, demand refinement, and roadmap definition.

Conduct code reviews and support decisions related to architecture and best practices.

Lead initiatives involving microservices, APIs, events, and distributed systems.

Support the evolution of data architecture, including Raw, Trusted, and Delivery layers.

Supervise the construction and maintenance of data pipelines using Databricks, Dataflow, and related technologies.

Ensure correct integration between frontend and backend applications.

Promote the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD, observability, and automation.

Support Artificial Intelligence initiatives, Generative AI, and the construction of intelligent agents.

Act as a technical interface with business, product, architecture, and leadership areas.

Mandatory Requirements

Technical Leadership

Proven experience working as a Tech Lead, Technical Leader, or Engineering Specialist.

Solid experience in technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to conduct architectural discussions and support decision-making.

Experience in mentorship, professional development, and dissemination of technical knowledge.

Backend

Solid knowledge in Java 17+

Strong mastery of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Batch.

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Knowledge of system integration and event-driven architecture.

Data Engineering

Experience with modern data architecture.

Construction and evolution of data pipelines.

Knowledge of Raw, Trusted, and Delivery layers.

Experience with Databricks.

Experience with Google Cloud Dataflow.

Knowledge of distributed processing using Spark.

Strong mastery of SQL and data modeling.

Frontend

Knowledge of Angular and TypeScript.

Experience in frontend integration with APIs.

Knowledge of frontend application architecture and modeling.

Experience with frontend unit testing.

Cloud and DevOps

Experience in Cloud Computing, preferably GCP.

Knowledge of CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Spinnaker, or similar.

Knowledge of observability, monitoring, metrics, and logs.

Experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
