Java Technical Lead

Nava is looking for a Tech Lead to work on a strategic project with our client.

In this role, you will have the challenge of technically leading the implementation and evolution of a strategic financial reconciliation and treasury platform, from architectural definition to production delivery.

Main responsibilities

We are looking for a highly senior professional who will be responsible for driving technical decisions, structuring scalable solutions, supporting the development team, and ensuring integration between legacy systems and cloud platforms.

Key desired competencies:

Architecture of distributed solutions, microservices, and REST APIs.

Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Batch) and Angular.

Advanced knowledge of event-driven messaging (Pub/Sub, Apache Camel, asynchronous integration).

Data modeling and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL).

Integration between cloud and on-premises environments.

Definition of development standards, security, OAuth2 authentication, and engineering best practices.

Experience in financial projects, reconciliation, treasury, back office, or payment methods.

Technical leadership of multidisciplinary squads, risk management, complex troubleshooting, and delivery acceleration.

Strong communication skills with corporate architecture, business areas, vendors, and development teams.
