Java Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly senior professional to technically lead the implementation and evolution of a strategic financial reconciliation and treasury platform, overseeing everything from architectural definition to production deployment. You will be responsible for driving technical decisions, structuring scalable solutions, supporting the development team, and ensuring integration between legacy systems and cloud platforms.

Key desired competencies:

Architecture of distributed solutions, microservices, and REST APIs.

Solid experience in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Batch) and Angular.

Advanced knowledge of event-driven messaging (Pub/Sub, Apache Camel, asynchronous integration).

Data modeling and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL).

Integration between cloud and on-premises environments.

Definition of development standards, security, OAuth2 authentication, and engineering best practices.

Experience in financial projects, reconciliation, treasury, back-office, or payment methods.

Technical leadership of multidisciplinary squads, risk management, complex troubleshooting, and delivery acceleration.

Strong communication skills with corporate architecture, business units, vendors, and development teams.

Expected Profile: A hands-on professional with a systemic vision, capable of unblocking technical and functional challenges, influencing architectural decisions, and leading the project end-to-end, ensuring quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with the business's strategic objectives.
