We are seeking a Project Manager with a hands-on, communicative, and execution-oriented profile, capable of mobilizing the team, removing impediments, and ensuring the evolution of deliverables. You will be responsible for leading rituals, organizing action plans, monitoring schedules and metrics, conducting follow-ups, and facilitating collaboration between different areas and stakeholders.

It is essential to have ownership, influence, analytical vision, and ease in operating within technical and multidisciplinary environments, identifying problems and driving their resolution to completion. The candidate must have intermediate knowledge in Data, familiarity with technology, integrations, migration, and SaaS, as well as proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

You will also be responsible for leading Dailies, Weeklies, Reviews, Retrospectives, and other ceremonies, ensuring clarity on status, owners, next steps, and impediments, while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, rituals, dashboards, and project governance.
