- Act as the functional reference for the BNDES Online product;
- Gather, detail, and specify functional requirements with business areas;
- Analyze operational processes, transactional flows, and system integrations;
- Ensure compliance with operational rules, validations, and regulatory impacts;
- Support homologations, functional tests, and end-to-end validations;
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to evolve the product;
- Contribute to continuous improvements in processes and solutions related to the BNDES ecosystem.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of BNDES Online and its business processes;
- Experience in banking operations, credit, or financing;
- Experience in gathering and specifying functional requirements;
- Understanding of transactional flows and system integrations;
- Knowledge of operational rules, validations, and regulatory impacts;
- Experience with homologation and functional testing;
- Profile with a functional and business-oriented vision, going beyond functional documentation.
Differentials
- Previous experience in large banks or major financial institutions.

- CLT employment contract;
- Hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote);
