Gestão de Chamados: Tratamento de incidentes críticos e rotineiros via plataforma ITSM.
Planejamento e Execução de Mudanças: Condução de mudanças em ambientes produtivos seguindo boas práticas ITIL.
Requisitos
•Formação: Ciência da Computação, áreas afins
•Familiaridade com processos de governança e compliance.
•Capacidade de atuar em ambientes de missão crítica com foco em alta disponibilidade.
•Habilidade para trabalhar em equipes multidisciplinares e projetos complexos
•Disponibilidade para atividades fora do horário comercial e suporte emergencial.
• Competências Técnicas
• SAN (Brocade/Broadcom): zoning (single-initiator), NPIV, ISL/trunking, buffer credits, SANnav/BNA, firmware (FOS), troubleshooting fim a fim.
• Armazenamento: Dell EMC Unity (Unisphere), PowerMax (Unisphere/SMC, SRDF, SnapVX, NVMe/FC), Pure Storage FlashArray (Purity, Pure1, ActiveCluster, snapshots/replicação).
• Sistemas Operacionais: Windows Server (roles, MPIO, PowerShell), Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu, multipathd, XFS/ext4).
• Virtualização: VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, vMotion, DRS/HA, SRM), VAAI/VVOLs, datastore design.
• Performance & Capacity: análise de IOPS/latência/throughput, queue depth, cache hit, thin provisioning, compressão/dedup, tendências e forecasting.
• Proteção de Dados (opcional): integração com Veeam/Networker/Avamar, snapshots e consistência de apps.
• Automação & Scripts: PowerShell, Bash (rotinas de coleta e relatórios).
