We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Engineer to work on the construction and evolution of scalable data solutions, ensuring quality, governance, and high availability of information to support analysis and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines for various scenarios (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Data Mart).
Implement data ingestion and transformation processes in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
Develop and maintain data transformations using DBT.
Define and apply relational and dimensional data modeling standards.
Translate business requirements into robust and scalable data solutions.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance.
Monitor and optimize performance and costs in cloud environments.
Contribute to the evolution of the data platform architecture and best practices.
Requirements
Experience in Data Engineering and analytical data modeling.
Mandatory knowledge of DBT.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and best practices for Data Warehousing.
Experience with Python and Spark for data processing.
Knowledge of the GCP ecosystem: BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Composer.
Experience with CI/CD, versioning, and pipeline automation.
Knowledge of modern data architectures (Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Streaming).
Knowledge of Databricks.

Experience in data platform modernization projects.
Experience in large-scale corporate environments.
Knowledge of Data Vault and other advanced modeling methodologies.
