We are looking for a Senior Developer with solid experience in the Função system ecosystem, working on critical processes related to payroll-backed loans, BackOffice, collections, and operations.

This professional will be responsible for analyzing business flows, identifying inconsistencies, supporting operational areas, and developing solutions that ensure the stability, efficiency, and evolution of processes.

Model: Hybrid (3x week)

Main Responsibilities

🔹 Proposals Module

• Understand and analyze the proposal lifecycle
• Investigate statuses, events, and movements
• Identify the root cause of inconsistencies
• Fix systemic failures
• Support business areas with operational rejections
• Propose improvements for traceability and efficiency

🔹 BackOffice Module

• Evolve operational processes
• Monitor pipelines and integrations
• Investigate failures and propose definitive solutions
• Automate manual activities and internal controls

🔹 CTC Module

• Analyze CTC integrations and returns
• Handle rejections and inconsistencies
• Support operations in resolving occurrences
• Develop and maintain routines for information exchange
• Work with portability, debt purchase, and registration processes

🔹 Access Module

• User and group administration
• Profile and permissions management
• Control of access segregation
• Auditing and monitoring
• Support for Compliance and Information Security

Senior Level Responsibilities

• Be the functional reference for the Função system
• Support junior and mid-level developers
• Participate in architecture decisions
• Translate business rules into technical solutions
• Proactively identify operational risks
• Contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements and Knowledge

🔹 Business Knowledge

• Proven experience with the Função system
• Deep knowledge of the modules:
  • Proposals
  • BackOffice
  • CTC
  • Access
• Understanding of payroll-backed loans
• Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or correspondents

🔹 Technical Knowledge

• SQL Server (advanced)
• Construction and optimization of queries
• Procedures, Views, and Triggers
• API integrations
• Log analysis and troubleshooting
• Integration with legacy systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree completed in:

• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Software Engineering
• Computer Engineering

• Experience with payroll-backed loans (INSS, SIAPE, CLT)
• Knowledge of credit portability
• Experience with formalization and registration pipelines
• Integration with Dataprev, CIP, CTC, or registrars
• Knowledge of microservices
• Experience with AWS
