About the role

Nava is seeking a Salesforce Developer to work on technology projects focused on building, supporting, and evolving digital solutions for major clients.

In this position, you will have the challenge of developing a communications and campaign governance solution within Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud) for a banking institution, contributing to deliverables that connect technology, operational efficiency, and real business value.

Key responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Developing features in Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud) using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Working on modeling and evolving Salesforce data structures and objects
• Building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and internal and external APIs
• Contributing to the design of complex solutions involving multiple integrations
• Collaborating with the technical and business teams, actively participating in the evolution of the platform and its implementation at the bank

Requirements

For this opportunity, it is important that you have:

• Experience with Apex development
• Experience building LWC components
• Knowledge of Salesforce data structures and objects
• Knowledge of Salesforce Core integration with APIs
• Experience with code versioning using Git
• An inquisitive and curious profile, with an interest in learning more about the platform and its application in the business

Preferred qualifications

It will be a plus if you have:

• Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I/II)
• Experience with Marketing, campaigns, or communications projects in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience in the financial/banking sector
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for Salesforce (CI/CD, Salesforce DX)
