Senior Full Stack Developer - Acquiring

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to work in the acquiring and cards context. The position requires end-to-end technical expertise: backend development in .NET 8+, frontend maintenance in React, cloud applications on AWS, and strong knowledge of the payment methods domain.

Requirements

Technical requirements

• Backend development in .NET 8+.
• Frontend developed in React, with knowledge for simple maintenance.
• Cloud application development (AWS).
• Messaging (RabbitMS or Kafka).
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis databases.
• Observability concepts: metrics, tracing, and structured logs.
• Use of AI agents to assist with development, performance, and applications for time optimization.
• Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monorepos.

Business domain

• Knowledge of payment methods and acquiring: authorization, capture, reversal, chargeback, card brands, MDR, settlement, and receivables schedule.
• Knowledge of Central Bank regulations applied to payment arrangements and receivables registration.

Software architecture

• In-depth PostgreSQL: window functions, conditional aggregations (FILTER), timestamptz types, and transaction behavior.
• Event-driven architecture: Kafka, Protobuf, Outbox pattern, and Debezium.
• CQRS, mediator, and modeling expected errors without exceptions.
• Experience with migrations on large databases, including production locking considerations.
• Exposure to OLAP architecture and columnar databases, understanding when they make sense compared to a transactional database.

Work model and location

Hybrid work model, with in-person presence in São Paulo 3 times per week.
