Tasks and Responsibilities

- Interpret business rules and translate them into analytical logic to create metrics, indicators, and segmentations
- Perform SQL queries for data extraction, cleaning, and manipulation across different databases
- Conduct exploratory and structured analyses, transforming data into actionable insights
- Support experimental tests (e.g., A/B tests), evaluating impact and statistical significance
- Collaborate with internal areas such as Product, CRM, Technology, and Marketing to understand requirements and support analytical demands
Technical Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, subqueries, aggregations, and data handling)
- Experience in data analysis, with the ability to structure hypotheses, interpret results, and generate insights
- Strong logical reasoning for building flows, rules, and validations
- Experience in interpreting business rules and translating them into analytical logic
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) will be considered a plus
- Knowledge in Python for data analysis will be a plus
