We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to work on building and evolving scalable solutions in a high-criticality environment, contributing to technical definitions, architecture, and development best practices.

Main Responsibilities

Develop backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.

Design and implement microservices-based architectures.

Build and evolve APIs and API Gateways using APIGEE.

Integrate applications into the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.

Perform modeling and optimization of MySQL databases.

Define development standards, quality, and technical best practices.

Implement unit tests and support software quality strategies.

Automate build and deploy processes using Jenkins.

Work in containerized environments running applications on GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine).

Support troubleshooting, incident analysis, and removal of technical impediments.

Actively participate in architectural decisions and the evolution of solutions.

Requirements

Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot.

Experience building microservices-based applications.

Experience with REST APIs and API Gateway (APIGEE).

Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience with Kubernetes/GKE.

Knowledge of data modeling and MySQL databases.

Mastery of Git and code versioning.

Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline automation.

Experience with unit testing and development best practices.
