Mid-Level Java Backend Developer

💻 Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using Java (8, 11, and 21) and Spring Boot

Design and evolve RESTful APIs and architectures based on microservices

Work on system integrations, using best practices and industry standards

Develop and monitor batch processing, preferably with Spring Batch

Work with messaging (Kafka, Pub/Sub, or RabbitMQ)

Integrate applications with databases and cloud services

Ensure quality, performance, and scalability of solutions

Experience with Java 8, 11, or 21

Experience with Spring Boot

Experience with microservices and REST APIs

Knowledge of SQL Server and Sybase databases

Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

Experience with batch processing (Spring Batch will be a significant differentiator)

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, or Kanban)
