Your Challenges:

We are looking for a person to act as a Data Product Owner, responsible for defining and managing the vision, roadmap, and backlog of data products, as well as bridging business, technology, and data areas.

The role will involve prioritizing demands, tracking success metrics, ensuring data quality, governance, security, and availability, as well as leading agile rituals and aligning with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the vision, roadmap, and backlog of data products;
• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and data areas, translating needs into scalable solutions;
• Prioritize demands based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact;
• Work alongside data engineering, data science, and analytics teams for continuous value delivery;
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and availability;
• Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for data products;
• Lead agile rituals (planning, review, refinement) and ensure alignment with stakeholders;
• Promote a data-driven culture within the organization.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields;
• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in data/technology;
• Knowledge of agile product management (Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience with data projects (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, BI, analytics);
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts;
• Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the insurance, banking, or financial sectors;
• Familiarity with modern data architecture (Data Mesh, Data Fabric);
• Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
• Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Data Platforms (Databricks);
• Understanding of machine learning and AI.
