You will work on data analysis and development of analytical solutions focused on strategies and policies, supporting business decision-making through studies, indicators, segmentations, and low to medium complexity analytical models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business analyses to support decision-making in processes and policies involving business decisions.
• Build and monitor performance, risk, and outcome indicators of implemented strategies.
• Conduct exploratory analyses, segmentations, and ad hoc studies to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain analytical and predictive models of simple to intermediate complexity.
• Evaluate impacts and measure results of implemented policies, strategies, and tests.
• Translate business demands into data-driven solutions.
• Prepare executive presentations with recommendations and insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements and Knowledge

• Experience with Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with SQL for extraction, treatment, and analysis of large data volumes.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud environments.
• Experience building dashboards, indicators, and performance analyses.
• Experience with statistical and predictive models, including:
  • Linear and logistic regressions;
  • Decision trees and tree-based models;
  • Segmentation and classification techniques.
• Ability to understand business problems and transform them into actionable analyses and recommendations.
• Experience in presentations and communication of results for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in credit, risk, collections, or financial products.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and use of Generative AI tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and impact measurement.
