We are seeking a Mid-Level HR Business Partner to lead the management of technology professionals assigned to clients. The professional will be responsible for strengthening the relationship between employees, clients, and internal departments, ensuring a positive experience and consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of technology professionals assigned to clients;
• Conducting 1:1s, providing feedback, and conflict resolution;
• Building relationships and conducting periodic client visits;
• Monitoring assignments and personnel movements;
• Preparing reports and tracking metrics;
• Liaising with HR, Operations, and Sales;
• Identifying and suggesting process improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in consulting, account management, operations, or projects;
• Intermediate Excel skills;
• Experience with operational metrics.

Differentials:

• Experience in technology consulting;
• Knowledge of timekeeping, hiring, and benefits;
• Basic knowledge of labor routines.
