Senior Pega Architect

About the role

Nava is looking for a PEGA SSA Architect to work on the architecture and evolution of solutions developed on the Pega platform, contributing to the continuity, support, and technical evolution of the project.

In this position, you will have the challenge of leading solutions technically, ensuring architecture best practices, delivery quality, and integration between systems. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of the team and ensuring the continuity of the technical knowledge already established in the project.

Key responsibilities

In This Position, You Will Be Responsible For

• Define and guide the architecture of solutions on the Pega platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.
• Work on advanced solution modeling, including Case Types, Data Pages, and Security.
• Design and monitor integrations between systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Lead performance analyses and optimizations, identifying improvement opportunities in the application.
• Support DevOps practices, contributing to the quality, stability, and efficiency of development and deployment processes.
• Lead the development team technically, guiding architectural decisions and supporting the resolution of technical challenges.
• Promote mentoring and knowledge sharing with team members.
• Ensure the technical continuity of the project, preserving acquired knowledge and ensuring the evolution of existing solutions.

Requirements

For This Opportunity, It Is Important That You Have

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Strong experience with architecture and development on the Pega platform.
• Advanced knowledge of solution modeling, including Case Types, Data Pages, and Security.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of performance optimization (Performance Tuning).
• Experience with DevOps practices and processes.
• Experience leading development teams technically.
• Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to professionals.
