Your Challenges

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to define and evolve the platform's architecture, supporting strategic initiatives in digital transformation, process automation, and IT service governance.

We are seeking a professional with solid experience in solution architecture, strategic vision, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions aligned with platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the solution architecture on the ServiceNow platform.
• Establish technical standards, governance, and development best practices.
• Lead technical discussions with multidisciplinary teams and business units.
• Support the design of integrations between ServiceNow and corporate systems.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and sustainability of solutions.
• Provide technical support to development teams during initiative implementation.
• Evaluate new platform features and modules, proposing continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Specialist.
• Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, CSM, or other platform modules.
• Hands-on experience with integrations via REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.
• Knowledge of JavaScript applied to platform development.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and ITIL best practices.
• Experience in solution architecture, integrations, and large-scale corporate environments.
• Experience with agile methodologies.

Differentiators

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, or CTA).
• Experience in financial institutions.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of Information Security and IT Governance.
