We are seeking a Functional Solution Architect to work on strategic digital transformation projects in the financial sector.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in functional architecture and business analysis, capable of leading requirements gathering, modeling processes, defining solutions, and acting as the liaison between business and technology areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery phase, conducting functional and non-functional requirements gathering and analysis;
- Map AS-IS processes and define TO-BE processes;
- Create functional documentation, flows, and process models;
- Act as the interface between business, technology, and other stakeholders;
- Support the definition of integrated solutions considering impacts on legacy systems;
- Participate in architectural and technical decisions;
- Ensure the quality and traceability of deliverables;
- Work in an agile and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Experience in Functional Architecture or Business Analysis;
- Experience in Core Banking projects;
- Knowledge of credit products (Loans);
- Experience with Wholesale Banking;
- Process modeling using BPMN;
- Gathering of functional and non-functional requirements;
- Experience in digital transformation and implementation or migration of core systems;
- Experience with agile methodologies.
Differentials
- Experience with Temenos, Finastra, Mambu, or similar platforms;
- Knowledge of financial market regulations;
- Certifications in Architecture, Business Analysis, or Agile Methods.
