Senior Access Management Analyst

Mission of the Role:

Ensure the correct definition, implementation, and monitoring of IAM / access management development pipelines across various applications, profiles, SoD in ERP and SAP modules in production, transports, and related SAP projects.

Following the implementation of system integration pipelines into the IAM, this position will execute efforts to deploy security controls ensuring solutions are secure, guarantee access according to profile and SoD, manage transports, and ensure the cycle of granting, modifying, or revoking access, as well as reviewing access according to corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, map, and review Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices;

• Develop, map, and review risk matrices for critical transactions (Sensitive Access Transaction - SAT);

• Create and implement IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions, integrating systems such as Azure AD, Active Directory, and Sailpoint via APIs, scripts, and connectors.

• Automate processes using scripting tools like Python and PowerShell, in addition to developing and maintaining solutions in PHP.

• Participate in implementation, improvement, and rollout projects;

• Knowledge of Password Vault - Secure Password - Pam Core / MySafe / GO

• Manage the identity lifecycle, ranging from user onboarding to offboarding.

• Apply security policies based on protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML 2.0.

• Knowledge of batches, scripts, IAM Connectors, and integrations in corporate applications.

• Develop and review Information Security policies, standards, and procedures (along with appropriate stakeholders, such as senior company management);

• Ensure processes comply with regulations and security best practices.

• Define, monitor, and report Information Security metrics related to identity and access management;

• Act as a point of reference, communicating clearly with stakeholders on IAM issues.

Requirements

• Practical experience in Identity and Access Management (IDM) system implementation projects.

• Familiarity with system integrations such as Active Directory, using APIs, scripts, or connectors.

• Skill in automation with languages like Python, PowerShell, or equivalents.

• Experience in developing and maintaining solutions in PHP.

• Knowledge of IAM platforms, such as Azure AD and Active Directory.

• Mastery of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML 2.0).

• Experience in analyzing and resolving complex problems.

• Completed degree in Information Technology, Systems Development, Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields.

Differentials

• Experience with Sailpoint, Segura, or similar tools is a plus.

• Certifications in security or identity management (such as CISSP, CISM, or similar) are a plus.
