- Create proactive remediations (Intune, Jamf Pro) to prevent incidents
- Integrate MDM/UEM with ITSM, CMDB, Entra ID, and inventory tools via APIs
- Manage packaging and automated distribution of apps (Win32, PKG/DMG, VPP)
- Work with version control (Git) and testing pipelines before production
2. MDM / UEM Management
- Administration of Microsoft Intune (mandatory) and Jamf Pro / Jamf Connect
- Definition of security, compliance, and hardening policies
- Integration with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Device lifecycle management (from acquisition to disposal)
3. Kiosks, Panels, and Dedicated Devices
- Management of self-service kiosks and digital signage
- Kiosk mode configuration (iOS, Android, Windows)
- Automation of monitoring, health checks, and self-recovery
- Support for rollouts and fleet modernization
- Technical liaison with vendors and integrators
4. Smartphones, Tablets, and iPads
- Management and standardization of the corporate mobile fleet
- Automated enrollment via Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise
- Definition of policies by usage profile
- Support for inventory, replacement, remote locking, and disposal
5. Governance and Continuous Improvement
- Technical documentation and runbooks
- Acting as an N3 reference for Service Desk and Field teams
- Monitoring of metrics: compliance, availability, enrollment
- Participation in strategic workplace projects
Requirements and Skills
- Senior experience in Workplace IT / Endpoint Management
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, policies, Graph API, remediations)
- Experience with Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect (or equivalent Apple solutions)

- Knowledge of REST APIs (Microsoft Graph, Jamf API)
- Experience with iOS, Android (Android Enterprise), and Windows
- Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Experience in critical high-availability environments
Behavioral Profile
- Automation mindset: repetitive processes should become scripts
- Ownership mentality and strategic vision
- Clear communication with business areas and vendors
- Ability to prioritize in a critical environment
- Collaborative approach with Service Desk and Field teams
- Autonomy to propose improvements and innovate
Differentials
- Jamf certifications or experience with Apple Business Manager / VPP
- Microsoft Certification (MD-102 / Endpoint Administrator)
- Experience with kiosks and digital signage at scale
- Experience in hospital or critical mission environments
- ITIL v4, COBIT, or ISO 20000
