Show originalNAVA is seeking a Senior Data Quality Analyst to work on strategic data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring the reliability, consistency, and integrity of information that supports critical business decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Structure and execute Data Quality initiatives
• Implement and evolve Quality as Code practices
• Develop automated validations for data quality monitoring
• Define and track data quality indicators and metrics
• Identify, analyze, and resolve inconsistencies in corporate databases
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to data quality
• Support data governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with data, technology, and business teams to ensure information reliability
• Contribute to defining standards, processes, and best practices for Data Quality
Requirements:
• Solid experience in Data Quality
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and investigation
• Experience creating data quality rules and controls
• Hands-on experience with automated validations and quality monitoring
• Experience analyzing and resolving data inconsistencies
• Ability to work autonomously and in a hands-on manner
• Structured mindset and orientation toward continuous improvement
• Experience in medium to high-complexity corporate environments
Differentials:
• Experience with Databricks
• Knowledge of dbt
• Experience with Data Quality tools such as DQX or similar
• Experience in Data Governance initiatives
• Knowledge of data catalogs, lineage, and metadata
• Experience in modern data environments and analytical architectures
