Senior Developer Analyst

Senior Developer Analyst to work on the support of critical systems (level 3), focusing on stability, performance, and rapid incident resolution.

This person will play a key role in ensuring service continuity, working in challenging and mission-critical environments with modern technologies and distributed architecture.

Working hours: FROM SATURDAY TO WEDNESDAY FROM 09:00 TO 18:00, with DAYS OFF on Thursdays and Fridays.

Provide level 3 support, resolving complex and high-impact incidents

Perform troubleshooting in distributed systems and microservices

Act in crisis situations (war room) with speed and decisiveness

Identify root cause and propose structural improvements

Monitor applications and ensure performance and stability

Support incident, problem, and change management processes

Work with multiple technologies and cloud environments

Analytical, critical, and investigative profile

Sense of urgency and ownership

Ability to perform under pressure in critical scenarios

Good communication and teamwork

Completed higher education in Technology or related fields
