Analista de Suporte AWS Sênior | SRE c/ Inglês

We are looking for a Senior AWS Support Analyst | SRE to work in a high-availability global environment, supporting critical cloud infrastructure operations and collaborating with international teams.

🏢 Hybrid model: 2x per week onsite (During the initial 03 months, work will be 100% onsite)

✳️ Mandatory Requirements and Knowledge

🌍 Advanced/Fluent English - (For conversation, with participation in meetings and frequent interaction with global teams).

Solid experience with AWS in production environments.

Knowledge and experience with AWS services EC2, ELB, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and Lambda.

Experience in troubleshooting complex environments and supporting critical incidents.

Knowledge in automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or CloudFormation).

Experience with cloud security, including IAM, Security Groups, and VPC.

Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server.

Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, and Prometheus.

Knowledge of ITIL or service management practices.
