Senior Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to work the night shift in a remote (home office) model, providing support and monitoring for critical trading and post-trading systems at a brokerage firm integrated with B3.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability of environments, supporting incident resolution, and ensuring the proper execution of night-time processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor critical applications in the financial market environment.
• Monitor system processing and night-time routines.
• Perform functional analysis to identify and resolve incidents.
• Work on system integrations and monitor batch routines.
• Manage and track incidents, ensuring communication and resolution within established SLAs.
• Operate in compliance with corporate processes for change management, deployments, and technological governance.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in system support and monitoring.
• Experience with critical applications and night-time processing.
• Knowledge of functional analysis and system integrations.
• Knowledge of batch routines and incident management.
• Availability to work from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Knowledge of the financial market and B3 business rules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banks, brokerages, or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of B3 systems and processes.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of corporate processes in a banking environment.
