Your Challenges

We are looking for a Systems Analyst – Sinacor/Inoa Specialist to handle the analysis, support, and evolution of trading and post-trading systems for a brokerage firm integrated with B3.

The role requires strong functional knowledge of the financial market, understanding of trading, custody, and settlement processes, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis and support for trading and post-trading systems.
• Gather, detail, and document requirements alongside business teams.
• Support the evolution of solutions related to brokerage and capital market processes.
• Conduct incident analysis and provide specialized support for systems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate change management and deployment processes.
• Participate in implementing improvements and new features.
• Ensure systems comply with B3 business rules.
• Support homologation, testing, and functional validations.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Sinacor and/or Inoa.
• Experience working at brokerages, financial institutions, or other financial market institutions.
• Knowledge of trading and custody processes.
• Knowledge of B3 settlement processes.
• Experience in functional analysis.
• Experience in gathering and specifying requirements.
