Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for ticket creation requests (via phone and/or other channels);
Dispatch tickets to the responsible teams for issues not resolved at the first level;
Understand customer needs and provide support according to predefined procedures;
Ensure compliance with customer requirements (SLA / Service Level) regarding IT resource availability by handling incidents and requests;
Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Requirements and Skills
Experience in support areas (Service Desk, Support, or Field Services) is desirable;
Specific knowledge and administration of the following platforms: Windows 10 / 11 and Linux;
Knowledge of ITIL (ITSM Tool - Incidents and Requests);
Remote and on-site access tools;
Strong knowledge of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, and Peripherals);
VPN installation and configuration;
Knowledge of Office 365.
