Your Challenges

We are looking for a Mid-Level Network Analyst to work on the support, administration, and evolution of corporate network infrastructure, contributing to the availability, security, and performance of connectivity services.

You will be involved in the operation and support of critical network environments, handling incident resolution, implementing improvements, and supporting infrastructure and security projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support load balancing solutions using F5 BIG-IP;
• Administer and support security environments with Palo Alto Firewalls;
• Work on the administration, support, and evolution of the SASE Netskope solution;
• Administer and support routing and connectivity environments using Huawei routers;
• Work on the analysis and resolution of incidents related to network infrastructure;
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to correct failures;
• Participate in expansion, modernization, and continuous improvement projects for the environment;
• Ensure the application of best practices for security, availability, and governance.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in corporate network infrastructure;
• Knowledge of F5 BIG-IP;
• Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls;
• Experience with SASE Netskope solutions;
• Experience in administering and troubleshooting Huawei routers;
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks;
• Experience with routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, BGP, OSPF, VRRP, and MPLS;
• Experience in supporting and handling network incidents.

Differentials

• Huawei Certifications (HCIA or HCIP);
• F5 Certifications;
• Palo Alto Certifications;
• Network and security certifications (CCNA, CCNP, NSE, or similar);
• Experience in medium and large-sized corporate environments;
• Experience in network infrastructure and security projects.
