Your Challenges

We are looking for a Junior Network Analyst to work on the support, monitoring, and maintenance of corporate network infrastructure, contributing to the availability, connectivity, and security of environments.

You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your technical skills in a collaborative environment, participating in network operations, incident response, continuous improvement activities, and support for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support the administration and monitoring of corporate network infrastructure;

Handle the response and resolution of incidents related to connectivity and network services;

Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network equipment, such as switches, routers, and firewalls;

Perform initial troubleshooting of communication and network performance issues;

Support activities related to the administration of security and connectivity solutions;

Participate in implementations, changes, and improvements in the infrastructure environment;

Execute monitoring routines, documentation, and procedure updates;

Support the team in ensuring the availability and security of network services.

Mandatory Requirements

Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields;

Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks;

Knowledge of routing, switching, VLAN, NAT, and VPN concepts;

Basic knowledge in network equipment administration;

Academic experience, internship, or entry-level experience in infrastructure or network support;

Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;

Interest in building a career in Networks and Information Security;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Differentials

Huawei certifications (HCIA or HCIP);

F5 certifications;

Palo Alto certifications;

Network and security certifications (CCNA, CCNP, NSE, or similar);

Experience in medium and large corporate environments;

Experience in network infrastructure and security projects.
