Mid-Level Project Analyst

We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Analyst to work on our Corporate Restructuring Program, supporting governance, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication between the various areas involved in the project.

The professional will work closely with operational and tactical teams, contributing to the control of schedules, risks, quality, issues, and the progress of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support program governance by tracking schedules, risks, quality, issues, bugs, and opportunities for improvement;
• Track and control the different phases of the program, including Development, Validation, and Implementation;
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, and key project milestones;
• Prepare Status Reports, executive presentations, and communications for operational and tactical audiences;
• Consolidate information from different teams, ensuring visibility into the progress of initiatives;
• Support the identification and tracking of risks, impediments, and points of attention;
• Organize and keep key project documents and controls up to date;
• Participate in monitoring meetings, contributing to alignment among the areas involved;
• Support communication and alignment among stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in project/program management and tracking;
• Experience with project governance;
• Knowledge of schedule, risk, issue, quality, and deliverable management;
• Experience preparing Status Reports and presentations for stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different levels of the organization;
• Organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple demands simultaneously;
• Experience with Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
