We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in commissioning processes, an analytical mindset, and strong relationship-building skills to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
📍 Hybrid in São Paulo (Vila Olímpia).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve commissioning rules, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize demands alongside business areas.
- Propose and implement process improvements and automations.
- Create and track performance indicators and monitoring.
- Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
Requirements and Skills
- Prior experience with commissioning (experience in banks/fintechs is a plus).
