🔧 Job Description

Act in environment monitoring, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability, with a focus on incident management and resolution, including critical incidents.

🛠 Main Activities

• Monitor critical environments using specialized tools;
• Handle critical incident resolution, with a sense of urgency and organization;
• Perform advanced troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments;
• Work alongside technical teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication.

📚 Technical Requirements (Minimum)

• Complete higher education or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related fields;
• Broad understanding of business processes;
• Knowledge and/or ITIL® v4 certification;
• Advanced experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace (or Grafana, Zabbix) and Elastic;
• Advanced knowledge in Windows and Linux;
• Advanced troubleshooting skills;
• Basic knowledge in middleware and applications;
• Intermediate knowledge in physical datacenter, networks, virtualization, cloud, and containers;
