We are looking for a Mid-Level Artificial Intelligence Analyst to drive the dissemination, adoption, and evolution of Generative AI solutions, supporting employees, business units, and technology teams in identifying opportunities and implementing solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and innovation.

This professional will be part of a strategic Artificial Intelligence and Innovation area, working in a practical and consultative capacity on initiatives related to AI agents, corporate copilots, process automation, and employee upskilling, contributing to strengthening the AI culture within the organization.

We are looking for professionals with an analytical, collaborative, and innovative profile, who are interested in exploring emerging technologies and turning business challenges into scalable solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and evolution of Generative Artificial Intelligence and corporate automation initiatives.
• Support business units in identifying opportunities to leverage AI for increased productivity, reduced operational effort, and improved employee experience.
• Develop, configure, and test agents, copilots, and virtual assistants using corporate AI platforms.
• Create, review, and optimize prompts, conversational flows, and knowledge bases to maximize the quality of responses generated by models.
• Produce training materials, workshops, best practice guides, and educational content related to the responsible use of AI.
• Conduct proofs of concept (PoCs), pilots, and MVPs, tracking adoption, engagement, and value generation metrics.
• Support AI solution governance, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and responsible AI use requirements.
• Monitor market trends, new features, and the evolution of AI platforms used by the bank.
• Prepare executive presentations, results reports, and dashboards to track AI initiatives.
• Serve as an internal reference for clarifying doubts and spreading the Artificial Intelligence culture.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Knowledge in building and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with corporate productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform).
• Ability to lead training sessions, presentations, and workshops for diverse audiences.
• Analytical profile with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of indicators, metrics, and results analysis.

Differentiators

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or agent development platforms.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in digital transformation, innovation, or process automation projects.
• Knowledge of Python, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), information security, and AI governance.
• Intermediate or advanced English for reading technical documentation.
