Show original🚀 Opportunity | Mid-Level Infrastructure Analyst – Windows & Linux
We are seeking a Mid-Level Infrastructure Analyst to manage, sustain, and evolve Windows and Linux environments, ensuring the availability, stability, security, and performance of the IT infrastructure.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments;
- Monitor infrastructure, identifying and resolving incidents and problems;
- Perform installation, configuration, updates, and administration of servers;
- Execute troubleshooting and performance analysis activities;
- Support implementation, migration, and infrastructure improvement projects;
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Applications teams;
- Ensure service availability, following security and governance best practices.
🚀 Requirements
- Experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments;
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server management;
- Experience with virtualization and operating system administration;
- Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis;
- Knowledge of routine automation and scripting will be considered a plus;
- Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and support processes.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools;
- Microsoft, Linux, or Cloud certifications.
