Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and internal field support;
Log tickets in the ticketing system;
Perform troubleshooting until ticket resolution;
Monitor tickets, keeping them updated with information on activities performed;
Contact other resolving departments, if necessary, to resolve the ticket;
Understand the customer's needs and provide support according to predefined procedures;
Manage the intake and output of parts and machines.
Requirements and Skills
Previous experience in Local Support is preferred.
Problem resolution / troubleshooting;
Perform holistic analysis;
ITIL (IT Best Practices);
User support techniques;
Assembly and maintenance of Desktops/Laptops;
Microcomputer and internet support;
Configuration / Installation of Windows 7-10 and Server 2012;
Basic knowledge: Network/VPN;
Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Knowledge of Inventory and Logistics routines;
Knowledge of Hardware and Software support;
Education
Currently pursuing or completed degree/technical certification in Information Technology or Electronics is desirable.
